On this #InternationalDayoftheGirl we're spending the day thinking about the power of educating girls!

Globally, girls have less access to education. Here are a few stats on what changes when we give girls access to education.

Girls with higher levels of education are less likely to have children at an early age. Educated women are less likely to die in childbirth. If all women had a secondary education, child deaths would be cut in half, saving 3 million lives.

Education narrows pay gaps between men and women. Educated women are more likely to find work. Educated women are less likely to live and raise children in poverty.

Educate girls, change the world. #InternationalDayoftheGirl
